Moscow marks Harout’s sixty-fifth birthday

In September 2015, the Russian-language newspaper Noev Kovcheg announced an anniversary concert for Harout Pamboukjian at the State Kremlin Palace on October 3. The occasion was his sixty-fifth birthday.
